Two Ohio RV Parks

Recently, we left what had been our place of safety for 40 days and headed to Ohio, USA.  We had made plans to stop at a couple of parks along the way while heading to the Ohio Grand Design Rally.

Our first stop in Zanesville was an amazing stay at a small family-owned park called Wolfie’s  Family Campground & RV Resort.  The owners were on-site and available to the needs of their guests. The park offered full hookups, a pool, and the necessary amenities for an enjoyable camping experience.   People came and went during the time we were there.

As full-time RVers we felt very welcomed.

Our next stop was Atwood Lake Park & Campground; among the many other campsites, the campground has a new state-of-the-art daily/weekly camp area featuring 142 full hookup campsites, including concrete pads and 50 amp power service.  It had beautiful lake views, great walking and biking trails, a nice camp store with a restaurant and ice cream, and all the things that make glamping so appealing.

If you’re ever traveling through Ohio, make sure you check out these two parks….you can thank us later!!
